‘Lay down your weapons’: As Trump issues ultimatum, Iran counterattacks on US bases across gulf
Iran has launched widespread retaliatory missile strikes on US military bases across the Gulf, targeting facilities in Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE, according to reports. The Iranian embassy shared video footage showing plumes of smoke after the strikes. Donald Trump issued a direct ultimatum to Iran’s IRGC, armed forces and police, urging them to surrender and offering “complete immunity,” or face “certain death.”
