Khalistan flags found tied on Himachal Pradesh assembly's main gate: Police
Khalistan flags were found tied on the main gates and walls of Himachal Pradesh assembly at Tapovan in Kangra district, news agency PTI reported on Sunday.

As per a TOI report, slogans were found written on the walls of the assembly complex. After being informed about the incident, the police removed the flags.
AICC secretary Sudhir Sharma questioned the district administration and police on the security of the assembly complex. Police officers say this could be mischief and will be registering a case.

AICC secretary and former minister Sudhir Sharma said that it is unfortunate that the flag of Khalistan is tied at the entrance of the Dharamsala assembly complex and slogans are written on the walls, TOI reported. He said that failure of CCTV to function and absence of security personnel raises question marks on the administration and security agencies.
He said that recently, the efforts being made to create such an environment in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh are a matter of concern.
“We, the people of Himachal Pradesh, will give our lives for the integrity of the country, but we will not allow such forces to flourish,” he added.
