SIR Kerala 2025 voters list has been published by The Election Commission of India (ECI) on December 23, 2025. This release comes after a month-long, high-stakes house-to-house verification drive known as the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).

Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Rathan U Kelkar announced that the state has achieved 100% digitization of enumeration forms. The draft roll is a significant cleanup, with 24.81 lakh voters identified as "uncollectible" (Absent, Shifted, or Dead) during the process. This is a step-by-step guide to check your name in the Kerala SIR draft roll.

How to Check Your Name in the Kerala SIR Draft Roll

1. Online (The Fastest Way):


  • CEO Kerala Website: Visit the official CEO Kerala portal and click on the Electoral Roll Download link. Select your state, Year of Revision (2026), roll type (SIR DraftRoll-2026). Select your district, constituency and language of preference.
  • Enter Captcha and click "download slected PDFs. Your PDF for the elelctoral roll will be downloaded
  • Voters' Service Portal: Go to voters.eci.gov.in and select 'Search in Electoral Roll'. You can search by your EPIC number or mobile number.
  • Voter Helpline App: Download the app on Android or iOS. Simply enter your EPIC number to instantly see your polling booth details and serial number.
2. Offline Way:

  • ASD List Scrutiny: The CEO has shared the ASD (Absent, Shifted, Dead) List with all political parties and displayed it at local election offices. If your name is on this list by mistake, you must file a claim immediately.
  • Visit the Polling Station: The physical draft roll is available for public inspection at all 30,498 polling stations across the state.
  • Booth Level Officer (BLO): Your BLO holds the updated list and can confirm if your name was successfully included during the door-to-door verification.

What to do if your name is missing or "Flagged"?

The "Claims and Objections" period begins today and is the last chance to ensure you can vote in 2026.

  • Form 6: For new enrollments (citizens turning 18 by Jan 1, 2026) or if your name was omitted during the SIR.
  • Form 7: To object to an entry or request deletion (e.g., deceased voters).
  • Form 8: For any corrections in name, photo, address, or to replace a blurred photo.
  • Hearings & Appeals: If your name is excluded after a hearing, you can file a first appeal with the District Collector (DEO) within 15 days, and a second appeal with the CEO within 30 days.
