Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala): Chief Electoral Officer of Kerala, Rathan Kelkar, announced that they have distributed 1 crore SIR enumeration forms. BLO officers have excelled in this effort. Over the next 4 to 5 days, the remaining forms will be distributed, with a submission deadline of November 25. BLOs are available to assist anyone needing help with the forms. Positive feedback has been received regarding online submissions, which we are encouraging, especially for those unable to submit in person.
