Kapil Dev inaugurates Arche’s Global state-of-the-art innovation and delivery centre

In a compelling intersection of sporting legacy and enterprise ambition, global transformation firm Arche Global unveiled its state-of-the-art 45,000 sq ft Innovation and Delivery Centre at the Brookfield Ecoworld Campus in Bellandur, Bengaluru. This AI-first hub is designed to power large-scale digital reinvention across industries, underscoring Arche’s commitment to building a future-ready digital ecosystem. Gracing the occasion was India’s legendary World Cup-winning captain, Kapil Dev, whose presence underscored the event’s central theme: while technology drives change, it is leadership that sustains it.

The events began with an exclusive leadership dinner attended by Arche’s executive team and global clients, followed by the formal inauguration of the innovation hub the next morning. Addressing the gathering, Kapil Dev offered candid reflections, not scripted soundbites, on leading under pressure, trusting teams, and navigating uncertainty with conviction.

“Technology will always evolve,” Dev shared. “But passion, discipline, and trust, that’s what sustains a team. Whether on a cricket field or in a boardroom, those principles don’t change.”
