The events began with an exclusive leadership dinner attended by Arche’s executive team and global clients, followed by the formal inauguration of the innovation hub the next morning. Addressing the gathering, Kapil Dev offered candid reflections, not scripted soundbites, on leading under pressure, trusting teams, and navigating uncertainty with conviction.

Arche Global began its journey in 2007 as Netcon Technologies, a small network consulting firm. Over the years, it has grown into a global systems integrator, delivering cutting-edge solutions across verticals such as airports, healthcare, manufacturing, education, smart cities, and energy and utilities. Its recent rebranding to Arche Global Private Limited reflects its expanded global vision and unwavering commitment to AI and Digital-first enterprise transformation.
Mahalingam Ramasamy, Founder & Managing Director, reflected on the company’s humble origins and transformative journey. “It’s about conviction, resilience, and building a winning mindset. These are traits every enterprise needs today, especially in this AI-first world where uncertainty is the norm,” he said.
With a global delivery model that combines strategic consulting, digital platforms, and organisational change, Arche is well-positioned as a trusted partner in complex transformation journeys.
“AI, automation, and data can scale execution,” Bobby remarked. “But vision, determination, and organisational values are what scale leadership. Kapil’s presence reminded us all that transformation is, first and foremost, a human journey.”
According to Bobby, the launch of the Bengaluru hub signals not just Arche’s growth but also its enduring commitment to India’s talent ecosystem, to global customers, and to building a future-ready organisation grounded in core values.
The new centre will serve as the nucleus for AI-first enterprise transformation, enabling innovation programs for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Fortune 500 clients across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Japan.
