J&K: Heavy rainfall causes flash floods in Rajouri, Darhali river overflows

Following the torrential rainfall in upper reaches of Pir Panjal mountain range, the Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on August 20 witnessed flash floods after Darhali river overflown in the region. Normal life is out of gear.
