Pakistan's FIA chief refuses answer when asked if Dawood Ibrahim, Hafiz Saeed could be handed over to India
At the Interpol meet in Delhi today, media asked a top Pakistani delegate whether underworld don Dawood Ibrahim would be handed over to India. Questions were also asked about handing over Hafiz Saeed, the mastermind of 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.

Saeed and Dawood are among terrorists most wanted by Indian security agencies. These two are widely believed to be being provided safe asylum by Pakistan.

Pakistan, however, was non-committal. Mohsin Butt, the head of the country's top security agency, avoided questions on whether these two most-wanted men would be handed over to India.

He refused to respond to queries on the whereabouts of Dawood and Saeed.

Butt, Director General of Pakistan's Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), is attending the 90th Interpol General Assembly meet as part of a two-member delegation from Islamabad.

A video grab showed Butt putting his finger on his lips in response to reporters' question on if India would get these two.
