IndiGo crisis: Civil Aviation Minister Naidu says ‘airline has not demonstrated the ability to operate its schedules efficiently’
In today’s Lok Sabha session, Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu said IndiGo’s internal roster caused massive flight disruptions. Over ₹750 crore has been refunded to stranded passengers, and strict action will be taken to hold the airline accountable.
