Meherwan Irani
Meherwan Irani, the Executive Chef and Chief Chaiwalla was born in London and raised in India. He has been nominated four times for the James Beard Award for Best Chef in the Southeast. In his acceptance speech Irani said he had no formal culinary experience and had never managed a kitchen or restaurant.
