India-US troops train with Apaches, Pinaka, M777 in deserts & hills during Yudh Abhyas 2026

Exercise Yudh Abhyas 2026 is bringing Indian and US Army troops together for integrated combat training across diverse terrains. Indian Army AH-64E Apache attack helicopters have joined the drills, alongside artillery, rocket systems, drones and counter-drone capabilities. US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor said Indian and US soldiers were exchanging knowledge on weapons, equipment and unmanned systems. The 22nd edition of the bilateral exercise is being conducted simultaneously at Auli in Uttarakhand and the Mahajan Field Firing Range in Rajasthan, with around 600 personnel from each side participating.
