India-China should resolve border issues peacefully: Dalai Lama
Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama on July 15 in Jammu said that India and China should resolve the border issues peacefully. “India and China, the 2 populated neighbours should resolve this problem through talks and peaceful means. The use of military force is outdated,” said the spiritual leader.
