The 40-year-old employee collapsed in the washroom around 7 pm on Friday and was found unresponsive by colleagues, who immediately rushed him to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Nagpur, PTI reported.
Unfortunately, doctors pronounced him dead upon arrival.
Police officials from Sonegaon station confirmed that a case of accidental death has been registered, and the body was sent for post-mortem.
Initial autopsy results suggest that Michael died of cardiac arrest, though investigations into the circumstances surrounding his death are ongoing.
Michael, who leaves behind a wife and six-year-old son, was provided emergency care at the office clinic before being transferred to the hospital.

In a statement, HCLTech expressed their condolences and assured they are providing all necessary support to the grieving family.
“HCLTech is also extending all possible assistance to the family of the deceased employee. The wellbeing of our people is of utmost priority. HCLTech provides healthcare programs for its employees and their families including on-campus clinics and annual preventive health checks,” said a company spokesperson.
