Husband in Bihar's Begusarai allows wife to marry lover, takes responsibility of two kids

In an unusual incident, a man in Bihar's Begusarai allowed his wife, who is also a mother of two children, to marry her lover. As per a TOI report, the husband has also taken the responsibility of two children to ensure she is not burdened with her new life partner. The incident occurred on Tuesday in Dahia village.

Ajay Kumar (24) and Kajal (22) got married in 2018 amidst much celebration. However, even after their marriage, Kajal maintained contact with Raj Kumar Thakur, a resident of Aghapur village. Their love affair had started even before Kajal got married, and it continued even after she became a mother.

On Tuesday, Kajal made it clear that she was unable to sever her relationship with Raj despite being married. Ajay learned about Kajal's affair with Raj on Monday when his family members caught them in a compromising position. Shocked by the revelation, Ajay decided to release Kajal from their marital bond.


"There was no point in continuing with her as she had been in a relationship with Thakur. I even arranged their marriage in a village temple. This action not only protected her from the anger of my family and the locals but also gave her the freedom she desired," said Ajay, who hails from Rasalpur panchayat.

The village sarpanch, Ram Sahar Sahni, stated that since it was a family decision regarding Kajal's marriage with Raj Kumar, the villagers accepted it without any objections.
