‘How do you look at borders?’: Bangladesh envoy recalls young girl's striking question in Srinagar
Recalling his tenure in India, Bangladesh High Commissioner Riaz Hamidullah shared a memorable visit to DPS Srinagar, where Class 12 student Fatima, a student radio jockey, asked him an unexpected question: “How do you look at borders?” Hamidullah said the interaction made him reflect on how people often focus on divisions while overlooking how ordinary people continue to connect and move beyond those differences.
