Himachal Pradesh: Massive traffic snarls in Manali ahead of New Year celebrations
Ahead of New Year, traffic snarls were witnessed in Manali as people thronged to hilly areas to enjoy snowfall. People were seen dancing in the middle of the traffic jam. Tourists wait for 2-3 hours to take a glimpse of snowfall at the Rohtang Pass and Atal Tunnel.
