Hemant Soren lodges FIR against ED sleuths

New Delhi: Hemant Soren on Wednesday morning filed a complaint at the SC/ST police station in Ranchi, alleging harassment by ED officials for trying to malign him and his community.

In a two-page complaint, Soren named four ED officials - Kapil Raj, Deovrat Jha, Anupam Kumar, Aman Patel - and a few unknown officials saying they searched his premises in Delhi in his absence.

"The purported search was without any prior notice to me nor was my presence required on 29th January at New Delhi by the above-named persons," Soren stated in the letter.
