HCCB adopts Skylark Labs’ self-learning AI drones to boost workplace safety
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) is adopting Skylark Labs' AI-enabled drones for enhanced industrial safety, following a successful pilot that reduced risks. These self-learning drones monitor PPE compliance, detect hazards, and deter unauthor...

“Our pilot with Skylark Labs delivered real-time visibility and measurable improvement in risk detection, empowering teams to intervene before incidents—not after,” said Saket Verma, Factory Manager at HCCB.
“Traditional systems look for preset violations. Our self-learning AI adapts to each facility’s unique environment and becomes more effective every day,” said Dr. Amarjot Singh, CEO, Skylark Labs. “HCCB’s adoption, and the move toward expansion, shows adaptive AI is the future of industrial safety.”
Skylark Labs also deploys the technology for public safety. During Maharashtra’s Ashadi Wari in Pandharpur, the company helped authorities monitor over 27 lakh people. In partnership with ideaForge and Bluesky Amida, the drones tracked crowd movement, analyzed density, and pushed real-time alerts to police, enabling quicker action and smoother crowd management.
By processing video directly on the drone instead of relying on cloud networks, on-board inference identifies congestion and other risks immediately, even where connectivity is weak, supporting faster decisions in high-risk settings.
