The Haryana government on Friday announced an increase in dearness allowance (DA) and dearness relief (DR) for its employees and pensioners, raising the rate from 55 percent to 58 percent.

Employees and pensioners receiving pay or family pension under the 7th Pay Commission framework will now get DA and DR at 58 percent of their basic salary and pension, up from 55 percent, effective from July 1, 2025, according to an official statement.

A letter from Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi stated that the revised DA and DR will be included in October salaries, while arrears for July to September will be disbursed in November.
