Haryana government has come up with an amnesty scheme for buyers who were allotted plots by the government through an auction but it was cancelled due to delay in the payment.

The scheme will bring relief to about 355 allottees.

“The Chief Minister of Haryana has given his approval for introduction of an amnesty scheme wherein the allottees of plots which had been allotted plots and had made 25% payment under the e-auction conducted by Hsvp that had been cancelled on account of non payment of 75%, there delay would be condoned and the cancellation would be revoked,” said a government official.


As per the policy approved by CM, allottees would be provided a window to make the balance payment alongwith an interest of 18% as per the earlier amnesty schemes.
