Gujarat: Portion of an under-construction bridge collapses in Palanpur; one dead
In a tragic accident, a person was killed on Sunday after a portion of an under-construction bridge collapsed in Gujarat's Palanpur. The incident was reported near the RTO circle area. Varun Baranval, Collector Banaskantha-Palanpur, while speaking to ANI said that the bridge fell possibly due to a mechanical failure.
