Gautam Adani, Chairman of the Adani Group, on Friday expressed his deep reverence for the Maha Kumbh, calling it "the great yagya of Indian culture and religious faith."

Adani hailed the significance of the Kumbh Mela, a gathering that draws millions of devotees each year.

As part of this spiritual "Mahayagna," the Adani Group will be offering one crore copies of the 'Aarti Sangrah' free of cost to the devotees attending the Maha Kumbh in 2025, he said in an X post.


"It is a matter of immense satisfaction for us that in this Mahayagna, with the cooperation of the esteemed institution Geeta Press, we are offering one crore copies of 'Aarti Sangrah' free of cost to the devotees who have come to Kumbh," Adani wrote.



He also shared his profound gratitude for Geeta Press, an institution that has been serving the nation for a century through the dissemination of Sanatan literature.

"Today I was inspired by meeting the respected officials of Gita who have been serving the nation for 100 years through Sanatan literature and had the privilege of expressing my gratitude to the excellent service work of Gita Press," Adani remarked.

Adani emphasized the importance of selfless service, noting that a sense of responsibility toward religion and culture is integral to the idea of patriotism. "Selfless service and a sense of responsibility towards religion and culture is a form of patriotism to which we are all committed," he said.

Adani further elaborated on the spiritual dimension of service, encapsulating his thoughts in a powerful reflection: "Service is sadhana, service is prayer and service is God."
