'Goyal to lead delegation to Uzbekistan, preferential trade pact to open borders': Uzbek envoy

Uzbekistan Ambassador to India Sardor Mirzayusupovich Rustambaev says PM Modi conferred with 'Oliy Darajali Do'stlik' Order is "a very symbolic award" and "a strong symbol of mutual friendship, trust, and brotherhood" as 'dost' means friend in both languages. He adds that a delegation headed by Piyush Goyal will go to Uzbekistan to sign a preferential trade agreement that will "open up borders", and that 'Make in India' can be combined with 'Make in Uzbekistan' to take "industrial interregional cooperation" forward.
