Goa nightclub blaze: Luthra brothers get bail in case that killed 25, held in fresh probe
A court in Merces, Goa, has granted regular bail to Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra, accused in the December 2025 fire at the Arpora-based nightclub, Birch by Romeo Lane.

The duo was represented by Senior Advocate Subodh Kantak, along with Advocate Vaibhav Suri, instructed by SKRB Law Office.

However, the relief is limited for now. The brothers will not be released immediately, as the Mapusa Police have taken them into custody in a separate involving the alleged forgery of a no-objection certificate (NOC) linked to the nightclub.
