Gaur City flats in Greater Noida West catches fire; officials rush to save those trapped inside
A high-rise housing society in Greater Noida West caught fire on Thursday morning. The fire department rushed to Gaur City 2 at 16th Avenue to control the fire.

"The reason for the fire is not yet known, fire tenders have reached the spot. Fire has been brought under control," said the Fire Department. Officials from the fire department confirm that no casualties were reported due to the Greater Noida fire incident.
The released video showed residents of the high-rise building scrambling outside to a safer location amidst thick black smoke enveloping the building.
Regions in Uttar Pradesh have seen a series of fire erupting in various areas.
A similar incident was reported when a fire broke out at an incense stick manufacturing factory in the Kavi Nagar Industrial Area of Ghaziabad on Wednesday. According to the officials, no casualties in the incident have been reported.
Two cylinders exploded due to a short circuit at a house in Karokri's Hata Hazrat Saheb Kasba, causing injuries to a total of nine people. The deceased include three children," Lucknow police stated on Wednesday. According to the police, four people are still being treated at the hospital.
