Former BJP MLA Kuldeep Sengar gets conditional bail in Unnao rape case; what the HC order says

The Delhi High Court has granted bail to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar, convicted in the 2017 Unnao rape case, suspending his life sentence. Sengar, who was serving life imprisonment, must furnish a ₹15 lakh personal bond with three sureties and adhere to strict conditions, including staying 5 km away from the victim's residence and reporting to police every Monday.
