“Terrorizers 111” group

Over 50 schools in Delhi received bomb threat emails in the early hours of Wednesday. According to Delhi Police, the messages were sent by a group identifying itself as “Terrorizers 111”, which demanded $25,000 from schools, including DAV Public School, Faith Academy, Doon Public School, Sarvodhaya Vidyalaya, among others.

The group claimed in its emails to have breached the schools’ IT systems, compromised student and staff data, and planted explosives including high-yield C4 bombs and timed charges across classrooms, auditoriums, staff rooms, and school buses. The messages warned that any attempt to contact authorities would trigger immediate detonation and public release of sensitive data.

Earlier, two schools in Malviya Nagar and Prasad Nagar (Karol Bagh) received bomb threats around 7:40 AM, prompting rapid evacuation and deployment of fire tenders. The schools were quickly evacuated, and police along with bomb disposal teams conducted thorough searches.

In addition, similar messages were sent to Delhi Public School Dwarka, Modern Convent School, and ShreeRam World School on August 18 which had demanded $5,000 in cryptocurrency.
