The Monsoon Session concluded on Thursday with both Houses recording sharply lower productivity than recent sessions.
Lok Sabha functioned for 15% of its scheduled time, while Rajya Sabha worked for 33%. Of the 11 Bills passed by Lok Sabha, nine were passed without any MP other than the minister speaking on them.
