‘CBI will not spare anyone’: Dharmendra Pradhan announces computer-based NEET after leak row
After the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak triggered nationwide outrage, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced a major exam overhaul, shifting NEET to a computer-based format from next year and ordering a deep CBI probe into the leak network. The Centre also confirmed fee refunds for affected candidates, accepted accountability for security breaches and pledged sweeping reforms to restore trust in India’s medical entrance system.
