Book Delhi-NCR bus tickets on WhatsApp
Instant messaging platform WhatsApp on Wednesday said DTC bus commuters in Delhi will be able to book and purchase tickets within its chatbot. Meta-owned WhatsApp introduced a QR-based ticketing service for DTC commuters across Delhi-NCR. DTC is the first state bus network that has executed this solution for riders across Delhi-NCR.

To start using the service, simply scan the QR code or send a 'Hi' message to +91 8744073223 in order to utilise this service. Everyone can use it with ease because it is available in Hindi and English. But first, you need to save the previously shared number.

You can purchase single-journey tickets for DTC and DIMTS routes once you're in the chat. A quick purchase feature is available to expedite the process if you frequently travel the same route. A popup requesting your preferred language will appear when you send the message.
