Water supply in several areas of south Delhi will be paused for 12 hours on September 18 due to planned maintenance work, according to a statement from the Delhi Jal Board (DJB).

The areas that will be affected include
Green Park
Safdarjung Enclave

SDA
Haus Khas
Munirka
Kishangarh
Masjid Mod
Parts of Mehrauli

AIIMS
Safdarjung Hospital, and surrounding areas of Deer Park.

The DJB stated, "Due to the installation of a 500 mm dia flowmeter at the outlet of Deer Park BPS feeding to DDA flats Munirka, water supply from the 600 mm outlet line of Deer Park BPS will be stopped for 12 hours on September 18 from 10 am to 10 pm."

The disruption will also affect water supply in these areas on the morning of September 19. Residents are advised to use water judiciously. The DJB has expressed, "Inconvenience to the public is regretted."
