The national capital experienced a cold and foggy morning on Tuesday. According to the meteorological service, Delhi could see a mostly clear sky on Tuesday, with maximum and lowest temperatures expected to stay around 7 and 18 degrees Celsius, respectively.

Meanwhile, several flights were delayed on Tuesday because of severe fog, the news agency ANI reported.

28 trains to Delhi from various parts of the country are running late due to dense fog conditions.





Safdarjung, Delhi's major meteorological station recorded a visibility of 500 metres at 5:30 am on Tuesday, while the visibility at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) was 1,000 metres at 6:30 am.
