Traffic disruptions are expected in central Delhi on Thursday due to a 'shobha yatra' in honor of Valmiki Jayanti, according to police. A police advisory indicates that the procession will start at 2 p.m. from Red Fort and will conclude at Bhagwan Valmiki Mandir on Mandir Marg.
