The Election Commission’s revised schedule provides for the examination of claims and objections, with the notice and disposal process continuing until October 29.
The draft roll includes around 97.5 lakh electors whose enumeration forms were received and digitised during the revision exercise. The house-to-house process began on June 30 and concluded on August 17.
Forms belonging to around 67.18% of Delhi’s 1,45,10,299 electors were digitised during the exercise. The remaining 47.7 lakh electors were classified as “uncollectable” under the categories of Absent, Shifted, Dead, Duplicate and Others, collectively referred to as ASDDO.
These electors do not figure in the draft electoral roll but have been given an opportunity to seek inclusion through the claims and objections process.

The rate of digitisation varied significantly across Delhi’s 70 Assembly constituencies. Rohini recorded the highest digitisation rate at 83.43%, while Tughlakabad recorded the lowest at 52.15%.
The Special Intensive Revision was undertaken to prepare a fresh electoral roll through house-to-house enumeration. Electors whose forms were not received during the exercise can now apply for inclusion by submitting Form 6 and the required supporting documents before the September 30 deadline.
