Delhi logs 27,561 new COVID cases, highest in eight months; positivity rate stands at 26.22%
Delhi reported 27,561 new COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours, the highest number of COVID cases in a single day in the past eight months. Delhi had reported 28,395 cases on April 20 last year during the second wave of COVID-19. The total COVID-19 case count in the national capital is 16,17,716. The cumulative positivity rate is 4.79 per cent while the daily positivity rate stands at 26.22 per cent.
