New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday sought responses from the ministry of civil aviation, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) and others on a petition by GMR-led Delhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) against the government's decision to start commercial flight operations from Hindon Air Force Station in Ghaziabad.

The AAI had earlier rejected the representation of DIAL, citing policy decision.

Justice Sachin Datta posted the matter for further hearing on April 28.

DIAL had challenged the government's decision to allow the AAI to convert Indian Airforce Station at Hindon into a full-fledged airport and commence commercial flight operations there.
