"How long does your (Twitter's) process take? If Twitter thinks it can take as long as it wants in our country, I'll not allow that," ANI quoted Justice Rekha Palli as saying.
Earlier, the social networking platform lost its immunity under the IT Act, 2000, the government told the Delhi High Court on Monday.
This was because of its failure to comply with the revised IT Intermediary Guidelines that came into effect on May 26, the ministry of electronics and IT (MeitY) said in an affidavit filed before the court.
