Day after Diwali, Delhi's air quality in 'very poor' category; AQI at 323

Air pollution levels shot up significantly in the national capital on Tuesday morning after Diwali night as people burst firecrackers through the night despite a ban. The city's overall Air Quality Index (AQI) at 6:30 am on Tuesday was measured at 323, under the 'very poor' category, according to the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR).
