Cyprus President Nikos Christodoulides emphasises stronger India-European Union cooperation during his India visit, calling the relationship a growing strategic partnership beyond trade and economics. Following talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi, the Cypriot leader praises the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) and says Cyprus is ready to act as a trusted bridge between India and Europe.
