Court orders Tejashwi Yadav to appear in person on October 18
A local court hearing the case over the IRCTC hotels scandal on Wednesday asked Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav to appear in person before it on October 18.

On September 17, the court had issued notice to Yadav on the application moved by the CBI and asked him to file his response. He was granted bail by another court in October 2018.
As reported by ET earlier, the Delhi HC had vacated its virtual stay on argument on framing of charges by the CBI. Former railway minister Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav are among the 14 accused in the case.
