Cold waves grips Delhi, disrupts normal life; minimum temp records 5.4 degree Celsius
Delhiites woke up to a chilly morning on December 21 as the mercury dropped to severing levels. People wrapped themselves in a winter clothes and huddled around bonfires to keep themselves warm. The minimum temperature was recorded at 5.4 degree Celsius.
