Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke has moved the Delhi High Court challenging the blocking of the party’s X account, alleging that the action was taken on national security grounds.

Dipke, whose satirical political outfit recently gained traction on social media, also claimed that the party’s social media accounts on X, formerly known as Twitter, and Instagram were hacked before being suspended.

In a post from his personal X handle, Dipke said, “Cockroach Janta Party’s official Instagram account has been hacked. We have lost access to the account.”

The Cockroach Janta Party, known for its satirical political content and online campaigns, had recently gone viral across social media platforms, drawing significant attention from younger users and meme communities.

According to Dipke, the party’s official X account was blocked shortly after the alleged hacking incident. He has now approached the Delhi High Court seeking relief against the suspension and restoration of access to the account.
