CJP's Saurav Das taken to Deputy Commissioner's office, says talks with government underway
"We are in talks (with the government)," Das said while being taken to the Deputy Commissioner's office.
Meanwhile, Das said CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke had been detained by the Delhi Police. No official confirmation of the detention was immediately available.

Earlier, Das said the administration was attempting to initiate talks.
The development came as thousands of protesters gathered at Jantar Mantar despite heavy rain and heightened security for the CJP's proposed "Sansad Chalo" march on the opening day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament.

Delhi Police said no permission had been sought or granted for the proposed march and warned that any unauthorised protest or procession would invite legal action. Prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) are in force across the New Delhi district, while several Metro stations in central Delhi were closed as part of security arrangements.
