CJP Legal Affairs Head Ratna Singh launches a nationwide legal aid platform offering free legal assistance to volunteers and supporters.

The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has launched a nationwide legal aid website aimed at providing free legal assistance to its volunteers and supporters.

The platform, launched by Ratna Singh, Legal Affairs Head of CJP, allows users to register, describe their legal issue and provide their location. A verified lawyer can then take up the case and connect with the user through the platform.

The website also features an emergency option for cases involving arrest or detention. When activated, the case is marked as critical and available lawyers, along with the CJP coordination team, are immediately alerted.

The platform also includes an auditable trail to record actions taken on cases. Users can confidentially raise concerns about their lawyer, following which the CJP team can investigate the matter and reassign the case if necessary.
