Heavy rainfall is expected in specific districts including Cuddalore, Pudukottai, Thanjavur, Thiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Mayiladuthurai, Nilgiris, and the ghat areas of Coimbatore. Additionally, strong surface winds with speeds of 30-40 km/h are anticipated throughout Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal.
