Centre, Nagaland, ENPO agree on Frontier Nagaland body: What changes with the FNTA pact

India has taken another step toward resolving long-pending regional aspirations in the North East. The Centre, Nagaland government and ENPO have signed a landmark agreement to create the Frontier Nagaland Territorial Authority, aimed at accelerating development while preserving constitutional safeguards.
