Students will be required to log in using their Aadhaar number and select the service they wish to avail. The entire process, including submission of applications and payment of fees, is online. No offline applications or requests submitted after the deadline will be accepted.

CBSE has fixed a fee of Rs 100 per answer book for verification of issues observed in scanned copies and Rs 25 per question for re-evaluation. Payments can be made through UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking.
Under the verification process, students can report issues such as missing pages, missing supplementary sheets, missing maps or graphs, blurred pages, incorrect answer books, or evaluation against a different question paper set. Multiple issues and subjects can be included in a single application.
For re-evaluation, students may apply for one or more questions across subjects by providing details such as question number and page number. CBSE said only one application each for verification of issues and re-evaluation will be permitted, and students should ensure all intended requests are included before final submission.
The board cautioned that once applicants click the "Freeze and Proceed to Payment" option, the details cannot be modified.
Students will be able to download and track the status of their applications through the portal. CBSE said it will examine the requests and communicate the outcome after the completion of the process.
