Murmu said these SAI officials provided suggestions to bring out an inclusive and action-oriented communique at the SAI20 summit, scheduled to be held in Goa in June. The SAI20 delegates broadly agreed to the zero draft of the communique.

Under India's G20 presidency, the CAG is the current chair of the Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) of these nations. Murmu was talking to reporters after a meeting with senior officers of the SAIs of G20 countries here.
Murmu said these SAI officials provided suggestions to bring out an inclusive and action-oriented communique at the SAI20 summit, scheduled to be held in Goa in June.
The SAI20 delegates broadly agreed to the zero draft of the communique.
Murmu said: "In this meeting, they (participants) also had some suggestions. Whatever suggestions were made, we had finally come out with an agreement that will help prepare some kind of a draft on few outcomes of deliberations so that those outcomes can be submitted before the main conference, which is scheduled to take place in Goa."
Thirty eight delegates from different countries and the World Bank are attending the meeting.
Many other countries wanted to take part in the meeting of the SAI officials virtually, Murmu said. However, they couldn't be allowed, as the format of such deliberations doesn't permit such virtual participation, he added.
