Bus carrying pilgrims from Katra to Delhi plunges into gorge, driver killed, 17 injured
On February 22, a bus carrying pilgrims from Katra to Delhi plunged into a gorge near Manda, Jammu. The driver was killed, and 17 pilgrims were injured. Rescue operations were quickly launched, with almost all 19 passengers rescued. SSP Traffic Jammu, Fiesel Qureshi, confirmed that the driver had died, but all passengers are reported to be stable.
