Bihar violence: Security system under control in entire state, 109 arrests made, says Police
During a joint Press Conference along with Bihar Chief Secretary Amir Subhani, Bihar Director General of Police (DGP) RS Bhatti on April 2 over the Bihar incident said that the security system is under control in the entire state and 109 people have been arrested.
