The man, identified as Nitish Kumar, aged 26 and hailing from Munger district in Bihar, was holding a poster and attempted to gain access to the secure area. Security personnel swiftly apprehended him at the venue, where he was raising his demand for compassionate grounds employment following the demise of his father, a Bihar Military Police personnel.
Voicing his pleas, the man also chanted slogans before being escorted away by security officials.
Speaking about the incident, Chandrashekhar Singh, District Magistrate of Patna, confirmed that the individual named Nitish Kumar hailed from Munger district in Bihar and highlighted that his father, who served in the Bihar Military Police, had tragically passed away while on election duty in 1996. The young man's attempt to approach the Chief Minister was curtailed, as he sought a compassionate appointment.
Singh conveyed, "His demands were conveyed to police headquarters, and appropriate action will be taken according to the stipulated rules. The Chief Minister has also directed that his grievances be heard and addressed in accordance with the established regulations."
This incident underscores the complex interplay of personal struggles and public platforms, shedding light on the efforts of individuals to bring their concerns to the forefront on significant occasions.
